Social Media Design Sizes
I know that from time to time I like freshening up my social media headers and graphics in order to reflect my current mood or because I just feel a little creative. Each time I do add a new header or image, it seems to stir some new activities and content on your platform. I’ve found that most people on Social Media sites have become visual scanners. Not too many people take the time to read extensive posts anymore. There are too many of them. So, to start some conversations, polish up the old header or background and see what happens!
LifeHacker has created this great cheatsheet for the dimensions of those graphics, including FaceBook, Google plus, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
If you’re looking for a few ideas and a great free tool to create them, you can also try Canva.
